How many hours a day do I have to work?

Our shifts are 4 hours, 6 hours or 8 hours. The four-hour shifts can either be in the morning starting at 8:00AM or in the afternoon starting at 12:30PM. The 6-hour shifts typically begin at 9:00AM.

Question 3

Who will I be working with?

You will be working alongside at least one of our highly trained team members. There are typically three people working on a team but could be more depending on the size of the project.

Question 4

How much will I get paid?

Our four-hour shifts range from $56 to $72.
Our eight-hour shifts range from $112 to $144.
The range depends on the demand for the position and number of associates needed.
You will know the pay for the shift upfront before accepting the shift.
Note: You will receive a 1099 for tax purposes.

How much or how little can I work in a week?

You can work as little or as much as you want! There is no set number of shifts that you must work. This is truly a flexible work situation. Make the shifts fit your life.

Question 7

Do I have to have my own vehicle?

You are not required to have your own vehicle. You must have the ability to make it to the location of your shift. Transportation could be required during a shift if multiple properties are being worked on.

How do I get paid?

You will get paid through the everee app. A separate email will come to you from the everee app once you submit your information on PG-spring.com.

How do I pick up a shift?

You’ll choose your shifts in the Connecteam app. After you are signed up with the Connecteam app, click on Job scheduling at the top of the screen. From here you can see the open shifts. Click on the shift that fits in with your schedule. Verify the location works for you. Click ‘Claim this shift’ at the bottom of the screen.

Where do I go to start my shift?

The address of where you will start your first shift is located within the Connecteam app. Click on the address within the shift details and it will open in your preferred GPS app.

What if I can’t make my shift?

Within the shift details, click the Chat button to send a message to PGspring.
Include the following information in the message:
Your Name
Your Phone Number
The Address of Your Shift
Reason for not making shift

What should I do if I have a question?

If you have any questions, you can utilize the Chat function in the Connecteam app. An administrator will respond as quickly as possible.

What should I wear?

Blue or white t-shirt or long sleeve shirt depending on the weather.
A logoed vest will be provided at the start of your shift.
Khaki pants without rips or holes are preferred. If khaki pants are not something you own, jeans are acceptable but must not have rips or holes.
Close toed shoes
Rain coat if necessary

When will I get paid?

You will get paid the following day after a completed shift. Payments vary on when they will arrive in your account depending on the bank you use. Typically most payments arrive by 6PM EST.
